As part of consultancy, I deal with the organization and management of personnel, as well as processes and projects. Human Resources management represents a key element in achieving company objectives , as does their organization or reorganization. Management and organizational changes must be accompanied and managed effectively and efficiently .

In particular I deal with:

  • SWOT analysis ( Strengths , Weaknesses , Opportunities and Threats ) and related intervention actions in order to transform areas for improvement into strengths and threats into opportunities
  • Definition and re-definition of the organization chart and job descriptions
  • Analysis of the corporate climate
  • Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Analysis of training needs

Regarding processes , I deal with the mapping of current ones, the analysis of their critical issues and gaps and their re-engineering. As part of projects, I take care of their life cycle, from start-up to closure, supporting and assisting the project manager .
