Project Management

Today, modern companies increasingly work on projects. Not just companies that operate on order or manufacturing; Working by projects is a new working culture which sees, for the different results that one wishes to obtain, planning and control during the execution phase of the different planned activities. Respect for times and costs becomes an essential and essential element.

The PM course is usually divided into theory and practice. The duration is agreed directly with the customer based on the degree of in-depth analysis you wish to achieve, as well as the delivery methods.

Theory

Practice

The practical part sees both the use of open source software and Microsoft Project and provides participants with the skills to plan and monitor the progress of the project using the most popular IT tools. Also in this case, examples and exercises are brought, taken directly from the company reality in which one operates.
At the end of each course, participants are given an evaluation form designed to determine their level of satisfaction.
